We originally came to Cyprus on holiday for the first time 16 years ago, we fell in love with Cyprus and returned many times for holidays, staying in hotels and villas. We purchased our first property in Kato Paphos, a holiday apartment and then decided to purchase a villa in Kolossi near Limassol. We rented out both of these properties with great success.
